Introducing Simon Haldezos
Previously responsible for internal IT operations at Victoria University of Wellington, Simon has joined the Both Brains team based in Wellington. With a distinctive blend of technical expertise and a creative mindset, Simon's deep commitment to customer service shines through in his role as the primary point of contact for our helpdesk phone and email support services.
Q. What did I do before working at Both Brains?
"Before being employed at Both Brains I worked as a service desk operator for digital solutions at Victoria university. This was a great experience and was where I honed my skills and experience in IT."
Q. What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
"I am an avid Football fan and spend a few hours every weekend watching my favourite teams inevitably lose! Aside from that I have a bachelor’s degree in sculpture so try to keep my hand and eye in my creative pursuits as much as I can."

"Both Brains is a forward-thinking company that has offered me plenty of opportunity to learn and expand my knowledge base in IT due to the varied amount of services they offer. The focus on using both the creative and logical sides of the brain to deliver solutions for our clients really appeals to me with my creative background and tech focus."
