Introducing Sam Willetts

Sam joined the Both Brains team in May 2022. Based out of Christchurch, he provides first level support by phone and email to our clients. Sam has a diploma in Information Technology Technical Support and loves ensuring our customers are receiving timely and effective support.

Q. What made you want to join the Both Brains team?

"After finishing my first part of study I was looking for jobs in the IT field. I found Both Brains and their way of keeping up with evolving technology with no two days the same with the opportunity to learn endless systems it was an easy choice. It’s been a fun learning curve so far and every day is different!"

Q. What do you like to do outside of work?

"Always doing something related to automotive. I love my old 90's Japanese cars, whether it is getting it running, getting it legal or painting it to finish the job. I’m new to Christchurch and enjoying spending time exploring the city and surrounds with my partner."

Q. What did you do for work before joining Both Brains?

"I have worked in many fields from physical labor jobs, hospitality management and as an Automotive electrical engineer. Now get to bring the best parts of all fields to deliver great IT support. I’ve always been into technology and have kept up to date with advances as a hobby. Stoked I now get to make it into a career!"

Q. Best holiday of your life?

"My favorite trip would have to be going overseas and visiting the different parts of Europe! Being a football fan, it was brilliant to be able to experience the England Pub environment while a local team is playing."
