James, our new support technician, brings a solid background in electrical automation and networking. Over the past four years, he has honed his technical skills while working on various projects. Based in Auckland and available for both onsite and remote support. He excels not only in technical proficiency but also in communicating with clients, understanding their problems, and offering effective solutions. His commitment to providing friendly and effective assistance ensures that clients receive the help they need.
Q. Tell us a little about your background and what brought you to our company?
I started my career as an electrician with a focus on high end automation and networking. I was drawn to Both Brains because of their commitment to innovation and a great environment to grow my career.
Q. What excites you most about joining our team?
I'm thrilled to join a team that values both technical proficiency and excellent client communication. The opportunity to work on diverse projects and provide both onsite and remote support is something I'm really looking forward to.
Q. What are some of your hobbies or interests outside of work?
In my free time, I enjoy playing the occasional online game and can be found in front of my screen on days off. I love snowboarding through winter, which is a great way to change up the scenery and get active.

My role as a support technician allows me to directly interact with clients, understand their problems, and offer effective solutions. By providing friendly and efficient assistance, I contribute to the company's reputation for excellent service.
Q. What do you enjoy most about working in this industry?
The best part about the industry is how fast it's evolving and changing. I know that each day I go to work there will be something new to learn. IT is certainly never stale.
