Both Brains named finalist for Excellence in Customer Experience

We are thrilled to announce that we have been named finalists for the prestigious 2023 Queenstown Business Awards in multiple categories. Alongside our recognition for Excellence in Customer Experience, we are also finalists for the People's Choice award.

With close to 100 entries received across nine categories, the competition was fierce, making this recognition even more significant. The Queenstown Business Chamber of Commerce, the esteemed organisation behind these awards, commended the exceptional level of entries received.

Sharon Fifield, Queenstown Business Chief Executive, expressed her admiration for the caliber of Queenstown businesses, saying,

"Queenstown businesses truly are world-class, tough, and innovative."

The feedback passed on to us from the independent judging panel was that there was stiff competition and "outstanding entries" in this year's awards. This acknowledgment further underscores the quality and innovation showcased by Queenstown businesses.

Jenni Powell, our General Manager, expressed her excitement about being acknowledged in the Excellence in Customer Experience category and the town's emphasis on customer experience.

"To be acknowledged in this category in a town that lives and breathes customer experience is just incredible. Our business may be small with only 7 staff, but man do we have passion and genuine commitment to our customers. We love coming to work and taking the pain points out of people's day, every day."

The winners of the Queenstown Business Awards, including the People's Choice award, will be announced at a grand gala dinner aboard the iconic TSS Earnslaw and at Walter Peak High Country Farm on Saturday, November 4, 2023. This evening promises to be a celebration of excellence and entertainment.
